Main screen displayed after login.

Maian Affiliate utilises an off canvas menu for all devices. This has the benefit of being cross platform compatible as well as saving on screen space. To show the menu, click the icon top left. Click anywhere off the menu to close.


The menu state is saved when clicking headings, so a page refresh won't change the currently selected area.

Graphical display of affiliate accounts created. Current year and the previous year are auto selected.


The graph depicts only approved and enabled affiliates.

You can select any two years applicable to your affiliate system via the calendar icon (see above screenshot).

Quick search box to search affiliates. Searches name/email fields only. For a more advanced search, use the search affiliates option from the menu.

Totals show overview of affiliates, payment totals and approval counts (if enabled). Click any value to load corresponding page.

Quick links to add new affiliate / payment.

Displays in the menu and shows the latest software version. Click the version number to check software version.


NOTE: The version check option sends ONLY the version number and script ID to the Maian Media servers for version comparison. No user identifiable information or information relating to your setup is sent.

If you prefer not to have this shown, set the 'ENABLE_VERSION_CHECK' constant to 0 in the 'admin/control/options.php' file.

Shows the latest XX commissions/payments/affiliates, where XX is the value set in the 'DASHBOARD_LATEST_COMMISSIONS / DASHBOARD_LATEST_PAYMENTS / DASHBOARD_LATEST_AFFILIATES' constants in the 'admin/control/userdef.php' file. Change if you want a higher value. Set to 0 to disable any of the views.

Note that data cannot be processed/deleted from the dashboard.
